Yes, and for serious chats, I'm happy to present deep dives and sanitized work in conversation: [get in touch](/contact/).

For a brief overview of my current and historic work, I've included a snapshot below.

## Recently, at Pluto TV

Since 2020, my work on *Pluto TV* has touched nearly every aspect of the service, from the players and channel guides that form the core of the "just like TV" experience, to a bevy of secondary features that raise quality of life while boosting revenue and growth - across all platform and device types.

I've done this through a player-coach dynamic, directing a lean, small team, with design ownership over a few core sections, and designing directly for a few key projects as bandwidth permits. A brief overview of a fraction of that work is below.

### Pluto TV, Channel Guide

- **Audience:** People who want an easy way to just watch TV
- **Constraint:** Support hundreds of channels - and days of programming - for every kind of device out there (even cars and gym treadmills)
- **Decisions:** How might we help users browse shows and pick something to watch without getting overwhelmed? How might we support such a large programming grid without slowing down performance? How might we allow users to have a TV experience alongside a classic *streaming-on-demand* experience?
- **Outcome:** Millions of users watched billions of minutes of content, with the majority finding channels that they'd come back to watch again and again

### Pluto TV, Kids Mode

- **Audience:** Kids (and parents!)
- **Constraint:** Give kids a contained place in the app - and give parents a way to manage their children's viewing experience in a fast, easy way
- **Decisions:** How might we adapt our interface so that young kids can navigate and understand - and help their parents feel in control? How might we support increasing registered users through parents? How might we architect a skin over the service that allows a federated design group to best support it?
- **Outcome:** By building a dedicated space for kids, Pluto TV could responsibly serve a complete experience to new users in new ways, unlocking advertiser revenue and building a new relationship with parents and their kids
